TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") are entered into by and between you and Inflection Point Teletherapy, PLLC ("Company," "we," or "us") and govern your access to and use of inflectionpoint.space (the "Website"), including all content, functionality, and information offered on or through the Website, whether as a guest or registered user.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Website.

RELATIONSHIP TO OUR OTHER POLICIES

In addition to these Terms, your use of the Website is also governed by our Website Privacy Policy and our Website Disclaimer. If you are a current or prospective client, or a parent or legal guardian using the Website on a client's behalf (see ‘ELIGIBILITY AND USE BY MINORS’ below), our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices also applies. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are a client, and there is a conflict between these Terms and the Notice of Privacy Practices with respect to your protected health information ("PHI"), the Notice of Privacy Practices controls. If you engage the Company for clinical supervision services, and there is a conflict between these Terms and your individual Clinical Supervision Agreement within the context of your supervision relationship, the individual agreement controls.

ELIGIBILITY AND USE BY MINORS

General use of the Website — browsing informational content, submitting a general contact form — and the Company's clinical services, are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. The Company's current scope of practice does not include minors. If the Company receives an inquiry on behalf of a minor, submitted by the minor's parent or legal guardian, the Company may refer that inquiry to another qualified provider. This provision reflects the Company's current scope of practice and may be revised if that scope changes in the future.

SCOPE OF SERVICE AREA

The Company's clinical services are currently provided only to individuals 18 years of age and older and older, physically located in Illinois at the time services are provided. Submitting a contact form, appointment request, or other inquiry through the Site does not guarantee or confirm eligibility for services; the Company will confirm your location and licensure eligibility before beginning care. The Company reserves the right to change this service area if the Company's clinicians obtain additional licenses.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

The information and resources contained on this Website are for educational and informational purposes only. The Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents of the Website. The Company does not represent or warrant that such information is complete, current, or error-free, and disclaims liability for any inaccuracy or omission to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree to independently verify any information obtained from the Website before relying on it or taking any action based on it.

The Company may withdraw, amend, or restrict access to the Website or any part of it at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice, and will not be liable if the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You will not post or transmit through the Website any material that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others. You may not use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation, or interfere with any other user's access to or use of the Website.

You agree to be financially responsible for any services or products you purchase or obtain, whether directly through the Website or through a linked third-party portal (such as our clinical billing system), and to use the Website — and any services offered through it — only for your own legitimate, personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.

The Company is committed to making the Website accessible. If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using the Website, please contact us at contact@inflectionpoint.space so we can address it.

NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL CARE

Use of the Website does not create a therapist-client relationship, and general content on the Website is provided for educational and informational purposes only. These points, along with our full disclaimers regarding professional and medical advice, are addressed in our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

This Website, and any contact or appointment-request form submitted through it, is not monitored continuously and is not intended for use in a crisis or emergency. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without the Company's prior written consent.

You may not attempt to obtain any content or information through means not intentionally made available through the Website. No license to the Company's intellectual property is granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

The Company name, logo, and related marks belong to the Company. You may not use these marks without the Company's prior written permission.

FREE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT

The Company may make resources on this Website accessible to users in exchange for providing an e-mail address (“Gated Content”). The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Gated Content for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Gated Content in any manner.

By accessing or downloading the Gated Content, you agree that the Gated Content you may only be used by you for your personal or internal business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company.

INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT

If you submit information to the Website — for example, through a contact form, appointment request, or intake form — you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

Please do not submit sensitive health information through general, non-secure contact forms; use of our HIPAA-compliant intake systems or patient portal is the appropriate channel for clinical information. While the Company takes reasonable steps to protect information submitted through the Website, you acknowledge the inherent risk of unauthorized access to, or alteration of, information transmitted over the internet, and any information you submit is transmitted at your own risk. The security of protected health information submitted through the Company's HIPAA-compliant systems is governed separately by the Company's Notice of Privacy Practices.

None of the submission forms on our website are intended or monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND RESOURCES

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources, and may also feature content from guest contributors, referenced experts, or other third parties in written, audio, video, or other form (including guest posts or interviews). The Company does not control, and has not necessarily independently verified, the accuracy or content of any such third-party site or contribution, and does not guarantee the completeness or veracity of any statements made. Reference to, or a link to, a third party or their content does not imply endorsement by the Company. Use of any third-party website or resource is at your own risk.

The Website may also reference other products, services, or professionals from time to time. Unless otherwise clearly stated, such references are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation, or a representation that the information provided by that party is accurate. You are responsible for conducting your own evaluation of any product, service, or professional referenced on the Website.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or malicious code, and is not liable for any damages or harm attributable to malicious code introduced intoto the Website. You are responsible for ensuring that your method of accessing the Website does not expose your device or systems to the risk of interference or damage from malicious code.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

This limitation of liability applies to your use of the Website itself and does not govern the standard of care owed to you as a client, which is addressed separately in your client agreements and applicable professional standards.

This limitation of liability does not apply to damages arising from the Company's willful, wanton, or intentional misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of where you are located. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through good-faith mediation before pursuing litigation or any other legal remedy. Nothing in this section is intended to override any jurisdiction requirement or consumer protection to which you may be entitled under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.

TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for conduct that the Company believes violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Company or others.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

This Terms and Conditions of Service are effective July 20, 2026. Material changes will be posted on this page. We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

SEVERABILITY AND WAIVERS

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or contrary to law, that provision shall be construed, to the extent possible, to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Website Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and (where applicable) Notice of Privacy Practices, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings between us concerning that subject matter.

No waiver by the Company of any breach of, or right under, these Terms will constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach or right. No waiver will be binding on the Company unless made in writing. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by the Company.
